2013 Preschool Registration Instructions

Begins Saturday, March 2nd at 9am in the preschool wing.
Registration will be accepted on an in-person basis.
We require a completed preschool registration form, emergency form, copy of birth certificate, and 1 month tuition payment.
Checks are made out to “City of Elgin” with phone number and photo id.
Charge form must be filled out and signed on form.
Must have proof of child’s age with birth certificate.
5% Discount given off of full payment fee if parent is paying in full or if parent has more than one child they are enrolling.
