Registration 

 Enroll now for Fall 2013

• Registration is accepted in-person only. Registration forms will be available at Centre front desk. Minimum payment due is first month tuition fee with registration form. Parents have the following payment options:
• Pay in full and receive a 5% discount at time of registration
• Nine Month Payment Plan: Full fee is split into nine monthly payments. The first payment is due at time of registration. Each monthly payment comes due on the first of the month starting October 1st.
• Parents must provide copy of child’s birth certificate as proof of age.
• Proof of immunizations is due before first class day.
• Registration for these popular programs will continue through summer and into fall depending upon space available.
• Cancellation from the program for any reason will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
• A family with two or more children enrolled may receive a multi-child discount of 5% off the oldest child in program. Family discount cannot exceed 10%.
