Birthday Parties at The Centre of Elgin

Availability is on a first come, first served basis.  All parties must be booked with a minimum of 14 days in advance at the main courtesy desk or by fax.  If you would like to find out party and date availability please call the Main Courtesy Desk at 847-531-7000, Mon-Fri. 9 a.m-7 p.m. and Sat. 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. or email us at birthdays@cityofelgin.org.

Things You Should Know About Our Parties

• All parties are two hours long, except for combo parties which are each three hours long.
• Cost of party is $165 for residents and $195 for non-residents, due at the time of booking.  The initial cost includes 12 children; birthday child is free. All additional children are $13.75 each for residents and $16.25 each for non-residents.  Our parties are designed for a maximum of 30 people total, including the children at the party.  If you are looking to accommodate more guests please contact our Rental/Banquet Office directly for alternative options. 
• All parties have one hour in our party room for meal and cake/gifts.
• All parties include party attendant, pizza or hot dog meal, pop, popcorn, paper products for food, party room, and a souvenir t-shirt for the birthday child.
• Additional food (pizza and hot dogs) may be purchased for adults.
• A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if you cancel your party, once booked.  No cancellation charge will apply if the cancellation occurs within four days of booking. 
• You, the renter, are responsible for cake, plates, forks, candles and two adult chaperones.
• Additional children can be added to a party up to three days before rental date.
• All adults wishing to use the pool must wear swimsuits.
• No outside food allowed.
